The Unclaimed Property Consultant position key skills are identified in the following areas:
Working as part of the Business Development Team, this is a target driven role that will contribute to new business revenue for the company. The Lead Generation Specialist will take ownership of generating new leads, identify qualified candidates and schedule introduction phone or in-person consultations.
Candidates must be able to clearly communicate, have attention to detail, and a high degree of focus. Additionally, the candidate is highly motivated and can succeed working independently and as part of a team.
▪ Be responsible for making outbound calls and email on a daily basis. ▪ Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure leads are generated in the assigned territory. ▪ Achieve established monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals/objectives. ▪ Convert new leads into phone or in-person introduction consultations with a member of the Business Development team. ▪ Use the company CRM and other webtools to perform lead generation. ▪ Input and update contact information and detailed notes in the company CRM. ▪ Maintain a professional manner at all times aligned with our company. ▪ Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling. ▪ Previous B2B sales experience. ▪ Ability to work independently under pressure. ▪A positive approach to objection handling is essential. ▪ Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent phone manner are necessary. ▪ A good knowledge and understanding of the following: Microsoft Office and associated applications, email, CRM, and social networking. ▪ In addition to main responsibilities, the Lead Generation Specialist will be required to undertake other tasks deemed appropriate in the job role.
