If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may contact us to submit a request (see Contact Information). However, please note that we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. A verifiable consumer request is a request made by you that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the individual that you say you are. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purposes other than those permitted by applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under applicable state law.
