Did you receive a letter?

You have likely come to this page because you received a letter indicating that you may be owed money. You have received this letter because one of our clients is attempting to resolve an account they believe they may owe you. 

Follow these two steps for a check to be reissued to you:
  1. If you are the individual referenced in the letter, sign the letter where appropriate, and note any change of address if you have moved recently.

  2. Mail, fax or email a copy of the letter using the following information:

*Please note - MarketSphere will not be able to provide specific details regarding unclaimed funds. All information that is available has been provided in the letter.

Once you have completed steps 1 & 2, and we have confirmed you are the rightful owner, a check will be sent to you after the deadline has passed. Processing replacement checks may take up to 90 days after the response deadline. If the deadline has passed, by law the funds will be sent to the state referenced on the letter.
